Michael's interest in psychology first evolved while coaching young people and families in the areas of behaviour and performance. With an MSc in Applied Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology, and over 20 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, and consulting, he has built a significant track record of identifying and developing talent.

He created MICTO with the aim of making transformational performance coaching a prominent part of the wellbeing benefits offered to young people working with multi-disciplinary agencies and employees within corporate spaces.
