These Terms apply to your use of the MICTO website and platform.
What MICTO is
MICTO is a coaching platform that supports programme onboarding, session preparation, and client progress tracking. It may include AI-assisted drafting tools to help coaches prepare.
Coaching, not therapy / not medical
MICTO is not a medical service. We do not diagnose conditions or provide medical treatment. If you need medical or mental health support, you should seek a qualified healthcare professional.

- perform safeguarding assessments or reporting
- generate EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) documentation
- replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice
- make automated decisions about individuals without human review
If you require any of these services, please contact an appropriate qualified professional.
Accounts & access (passwordless)
- We use magic-link login (no password).
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
- Magic links may expire and may be single-use for security.
Payments
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- If payment fails, access to paid features may be restricted until resolved.
- Refunds/cancellations (if offered) will be described at checkout or agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the platform
- attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
- upload harmful or unlawful content
AI-assisted outputs
Any AI-generated content is provided:
- as a draft and support tool
- “as is”
- with no guarantee of accuracy or suitability
Final responsibility remains with the human coach and client.
Limitation of liability (plain English)
We’re not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or outcomes you expected but did not achieve. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Changes to the platform
We may update or change features to improve the service, including adding, removing, or modifying non-essential functionality.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
