What happens after I submit a referral?

Once a referral is submitted, onboarding is initiated using EBA diagnostics / FASE Values Framework to ensure a proportionate, ethical, and person-centred approach. We trigger an automated flow: onboarding form → scoring → EBA/FASE prompts → session pack preview.

How are reports generated?

Branded progress reports are delivered at midpoint and contract completion, capturing insights, trends, and outcome-focused performance indicators.
